Rose Tree Park in Media plays home to the Festival of Lights through Jan. 4.
Now in its 50th year, the annual Rose Tree Festival of Lights has been open and attracting onlookers since Dec. 4. And you still have until Jan. 3 to take in the sights!
Open nightly (Sunday to Thursday 5 to 9:30 p.m. and Friday, Saturday 5 to 10 p.m.), this walk-through event is decked out with "fun, free, and fabulous" holiday decor. If you are a fan of sparkling lights, you'll love this must-see destination. (Please note, the nearby playground closes at 4:30 p.m.)
Families (including well-behaved leashed dogs) are welcome to this walk-through display of holiday lights.Friendly leashed dogs are permitted to accompany the family to see the lights. If you have concerns about the weather, guests are asked to call 610-891-4455 to check for any cancellation message ahead of arrival.
